Complaining...I think NOT!

Post WOD fatigue = marker mustache time:-)

It takes the same amount of calories to complain as it does to trust...It takes the same amount of effort to be miserable as it does to be happy.

How many times a day do you think something negative about yourself? How many times do you complain out loud about the way you look? (Men, please don't think you're exempt from this) I want all the negative self-talk to stop. I want the six inches between your dome to be a place of encouragement and love, and that includes loving yourself.

Letting out frustration is one thing. It is normal and healthy. When you cross the line to complaining is when you start blaming (yourself, friends, family, co-workers, and the worst blaming GOD).

We are what we are because of our thoughts and actions that have lead up to today. You want to change that start now and know that it takes time, effort and the way you think about YOU to change.

Believe it or not they is actually something out there called a Complaints Choir. All over the world people unite and sing about complaints. And complain about EVERYTHING!..Really?

Recco Says: Complaining makes you feel worse and everything around you worse. Taking positive action makes you feel better and make a change for the better.
